Twenty weeks ago, I began researching tenaciously this incredible “Bemer” PEMF technology and its efficacy, because I have personally suffered for years from not being able to get a good night’s, refreshing sleep because of terrible back pain needing surgery that causes me to wake up multiple times during the night whenever I move because the pain wakes me up. Being extra conservative, I began the patented sleep mode on the first night of the fourth week after purchasing and beginning using the Bemer eight minutes in the morning and eight minutes at night for three weeks to get my body used to the low frequency technology. (Many people start the patented sleep mode the beginning of the 3rd week).
On the very first night of using the sleep mode, I only woke up once and literally had the best, most refreshing sleep of my entire life!!! The second and third night were similar but I noticed the third night I woke up two times to use the restroom, but when I got back into bed, I fell right back into a deep REM sleep and when I woke up I noticed, beginning with the third morning, that my level of pain was reduced from my normal pain level. Then on the fourth morning, when I woke up I had one of the most miraculous experiences of my life and that is I literally woke up without any pain whatsoever! That was an absolute medical miracle because I have lived with chronic pain for over 20 years from a botched triple disc fusion surgery in 2002 and a subsequent injury in June of 2019 requiring major back surgery that has been postponed twice due to Covid. Now after over 14 weeks of using the Bemer, I continue to enjoy the best sleep of my life and have the lowest pain level when I wake up consistently. I also wake up an average of only 1 to 2 times per night versus my previous 3 to 5 times per night.
