- To make the Coffee Enema concentrate, put 2 ½ cups of MAM Coffee enema coffee into large pot with 10 cups of purified water, stir several times to make sure coffee is dispersed.
- Bring to boil with lid on, (usually takes about 10 – 15 minutes on ¾ heat on most stoves).
- Stir and then Boil for 5 more minutes with lid on.
- Then, Stir and simmer for 13 minutes with lid on at usually ¼ to 1/3 heat, which will create a low, slow, boil.
- Stir and put lid back on and let cool with lid on a COOL stove top burner, usually 30 – 45 minutes.
- Then Stir and then pour through cheese cloth into large glass 8 Cup Mixing bowl – Watch Videos available by texting me and soon will be uploaded to website (860-558-3019).
- Then pour into Two Quart Jar Containers and refrigerate.

After Boiling concentrate 5 minutes, simmering for 13 minutes, and letting cool 30 – 45 minutes, pour through cheese cloth into 8 cup glass mixing bowl, and at end, gather, twisting it into a ball to squeeze out as shown above. Then pour into Two Quart Glass Jars with Screw on air tight lids.
Above, the concentrate will make enough for 6 coffee enemas with each enema using about 1 to 1 ¼ cups of concentrate to which you add 2 ¾ to 3 cups of purified water. BUT NOTE the following:
To do a coffee enema, you will have to experiment a little for your size and weight – Remember, there is “no one size fits all”!
- For men 170 to 200 lbs., it is recommended to put 1 to 1 1/4 cups of coffee concentrate, after shaking jar vigorously, into a pan, and then adding 3 cups purified water. Then heat to body temperature plus 2-3 degrees: 101-103 degrees to account for cooling during transfer into coffee enema bucket and getting to your bedroom where you have prepared to do the enema etc. (Videos 12, #13, and #14)
- I eventually bought a laser temperature gun and use that to calibrate heating to 102-103 degrees and then by the time it is actually dispensing into me, it is usually near perfect body temperature. See instructional videos – very helpful on website.
This enema setup is a coat rack with two levels of hooks. It dispenses by gravity.
The following Cheesecloth is used in making your coffee enema concentrate – JUST CUT OUT A SQUARE THAT COVERS YOUR 8 CUP GLASS MIXING BOWL WITH 2” OVERHANG ON ALL SIDES. It is best to hand wash gently in warm soapy water, rinse, and hang to dry before first use.
