1. If you are able, drink your green juice or a portion thereof, trying to drink at least 4 ounces. Some people drink 8 ounces. I drink 16 ounces.

2. If you are able, and I recently met someone who is allergic to carrots so obviously if you’re allergic to carrots skip this step. Drink your carrot juice or a portion thereof, trying to drink at least 4 ounces. Again some people drink 8 ounces. I drink 16 ounces. After you finish drinking your carrot juice, try not to eat or drink anything for at least 10 minutes, ideally 15 minutes. Remember carrot juice leaves your body in an alkaline state and cancer cannot survive in an alkaline state. Your liver cleanses all your blood every three minutes and so in 15 minutes, all your blood has been cleansed and every cell in your body is helped to be put into an alkaline state 5 times, killing cancer and weakening cancer and allowing the other parts of the protocol to be even the more efficacious.

Next put together your salad, according to your own taste buds but two recommended salads are depicted here as I made lunch today for my wife, and mother-in-law and myself included Romaine lettuce, rinsed in purified water, (I rinse or soak all fruits and vegetables in purified water – see videos on website for more detail). I added scallions chopped up and then yellow pepper and then tomatoes and then avocados and then for those of you who are looking to add more proteins, you’ll see the last photo is the same salad but I added leftover organic free range chicken thighs cooked in a special organic marinade that will soon be posted on the recipe button. No for many comes the hard part. Most salad dressings have a crazy amount of sugar in them. Remember refined sugar is the enemy. I use organic virgin olive oil and then the following organic seasonings, Italian seasoning, parsley, and basil and I ground a little Mediterranean sea salt also. For those of you who still need a little extra, you’ll see one piece of Sprouts good bread toasted (or Ezekiel bread) and prepared with the exact same seasoning as the salad and then cut in half. For dessert a cup to a cup and a half of Nancy’s plain probiotic yogurt or whatever plain probiotic yogurt you like along with one full cup of organic raspberries, blueberries and blackberries. Feel free to add strawberries and mix and match what is best to your taste buds. This lunch on several levels boost your immune system, kills cancer cells and weakens them and is very tasty and you can do many variations on the theme.
